“Met Miles through a co-workers recommendation and I’m so happy he has been able to work with my two puppies. He does a free initial assessment to gauge where your dog is at and some things you’re wanting to work on. He caters to your wants and desires you want to get from your dog. Each session you talk with him what you want to work on and how to achieve it. Has personalized notes you get to keep after each session. Even had a meet up class with several dogs which was super fun for the dogs to get to train around other dogs. His prices are very reasonable and he works with you on days and times you want to meet and train. My dogs have definitely learned and became much better mannered. He leaves you with tips and tricks to continue your training after your sessions are over. Would recommend his training forsure!”

“I came to Miles with my two adopted strays that struggled with some pretty intense dog reactivity. Before Miles, the only coping mechanism I had for my dogs’ reactivity was to simply keep them at home and away from any spaces where they may hear or see a dog. Their instability was diminishing not only their quality of life, but also mine, because I always worried about them and they never left the house. We were just a bunch of stressed out humans and doggos and something had to change. Miles worked very closely with me to help me understand how to properly communicate with my pups so that we could build their confidence and diminish their reactivity. “Miles is the best! I adopted my dog, Bodhi, in the New Year and as sweet as he is, it was pretty obvious he had had little to no training his first three years of life. I struggled getting him to hold basic commands and he began to get progressively more reactive as the weeks went on, particularly on leash around other dogs.
At home with people he had the best personality--quiet, laid back and affectionate--and I worried that any harsh training would alter that in some way. I did some research, spoke to one trainer and had an in-person meeting with another; both were top-rated but I felt they just weren't the right fit for my pup. Then I came across Miles. We were able to sign up for a free consultation online that same week.
Miles has a great, calm energy about him, and you can tell he enjoys and believes in what he does. I immediately signed up Bodhi for a board and train. We both have separation anxiety so it was a rough week and a half (mostly for me) but I received updates along the way. When I came to pick up Bodhi, he was his same chill, happy dog but with a lot better manners, which was precisely what I had hoped for.

“This is a way over due review. So about a year ago we got a puppy and tried normal command training, BUT there wasn't any obedience there and it showed when is was time to go to work. That's when I learned that just because your dog can sit or lie down on command doesn't mean you are in control. I was missing big fundentals and so seeking out trainers I came across Miles. I've searched many other places and called and contacted many and decided on this place. It's 1000% true when your dog is trained in a house is better then in a facility of farm or wherever they may go because for a dog it's a different environment then when they are at home with you. Miles did great with our Isabella and is always willing to help and follow up with us. I highly recommend him!”
